THE STORY

APX was founded on the belief that organizations perform best when leaders understand what is really happening within their teams, processes, and systems.

APX exists to help organizations identify the factors affecting performance, uncover root causes, and provide practical recommendations that lead to meaningful improvement.

THE LEADERSHIP

APX was founded by Andy Campbell, Ed.D., an organizational performance consultant, educator, executive coach, and Human Performance Technology practitioner with experience across healthcare, government, military, education, and private-sector environments.


His work focuses on helping organizations improve performance through analysis, workforce development, leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.
