Mission
To help organizations improve performance by uncovering the truth, identifying root causes, and providing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
About APX
Helping organizations improve performance through thoughtful collaboration, shared understanding, and evidence-informed decision making.
Who we are
Consulting practice, public thought leadership, and enterprise technology operate under one purpose: helping organizations move from evidence to informed action through their leadership teams.
Important decisions rarely fail from a shortage of opinions. They stall when current reality is unclear. Work begins with conditions as they are—not assumptions, preferences, or trends—so recommendations address the factors influencing organizational performance.
Purpose and direction
To help organizations improve performance by uncovering the truth, identifying root causes, and providing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
To become the trusted authority in evidence-based organizational performance, enabling leaders to think better before they act.
How we operate
These operating principles guide how evidence is evaluated, conclusions are reached, and recommendations are communicated in service of organizational outcomes.
Evidence is followed and findings are communicated clearly.
Independent perspective grounded in facts, data, and observed performance.
Attention stays on what strengthens organizational results.
Our philosophy
APX Consulting, LLC believes better decisions begin with better evidence. Technology, methodologies, assessments, and enterprise systems are valuable only when they help leaders understand current conditions and act with greater confidence. APX transforms organizational information into trusted recommendations that improve performance.
Consulting practice, public thought leadership, and enterprise technology operate together under one evidence-informed purpose: stronger organizational performance.
Founder
Andy Campbell founded APX Consulting after years of helping organizations improve performance across corporate, government, higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit environments.
His work has included organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, change initiatives, capability building, and the systems and processes that support results.
Rather than arriving with predetermined answers, the work begins with what is known, what remains uncertain, and which conditions are influencing organizational performance—developed with leadership teams through shared understanding.
That discipline became the foundation of APX Consulting: clarity before action, evidence before recommendations, and truth in service of better organizational performance.
